The reason for this confusion is probably that the setting of the game is in a city built on a cliff, that has sections built into the air, too, so all the buildings are built on literal platforms, but there is in fact no platforming gameplay as such. I cannot pass the morse code level, I have seen a you tube clip of it and see the persons morse code is quick, mine is very slow, there for all I can get is E after E, it is not quick at all.
